Thanks Dr. Oz for these tips:
1) Don't compare yourself to others on social media
Go 1 day a week without going onto a social media
2) Don't talk negatively about others
Give 1 compliment every day (do something nice for them- someone you don't like)
3) You give attitude
e-mail yourself 1 thing you are grateful for each day. Safe them all in a fold. When you feel down read them.
4) You say No
Give yourself the time you need to do something (running, ext.) twice a week
5) Say I'm sorry
Find someone you need to apologize to and DO it.
