- Spend time with your pets (if you don't have any, go to an animal shelter and play with some)

- Get a manicure/ pedicure/ massage
- Curl up with something warm (hot chocolate, tea, soup)
- Go out with friends
- Find a lotion that's smell you find soothing and relaxing
- Do something creative (color, paint, draw, a craft, make jewelry)
- Exercise, it's not just to lose weight
- Light a candle, scented wax or aromatherapy
